The other ones I could find fairly detailed information on were Hoenn and Sinnoh, but I could only learn the names of regions like Fiore, Oblivia, Almia, and Orre-rather bizarre, that.

Well, isn't Vermillion City's gym leader supposedly foreign? I have no idea where he's truly from, though.
