...honestly, I've learned myself that being able to spend time with someone you care about tends to take the edge off the sting, even if it doesn't get rid of it completely. So if you'd want to stay the night, I could easily have a guest bed prepared.

Well, perhaps not the city directly, but I did get to experience the Bell Tower, which I believe may have made it all worth it.
