It had been quite some time since Kayneth had had a proper appointment with someone, and so he'd spent a fair amount of time trying to ensure that he looked his best and that Gilgamesh wasn't likely to barge into his room in the middle of a conversation. April was... well. Perhaps he'd want to travel a bit more, but for now, he was simply seated in a chair in his quarters, fidgeting a bit and hoping he looked... presentable enough.

He'd had tea and biscuits prepared ahead of time, and he was admittedly a bit early but this... well, he still wasn't in a very good state of mind. He may have yelled at a fairy or two in getting prepared, but everything was ready early, and everything had been arranged, and all he had to do was wait for Lady Aly to make her appearance.
