It is, yes. Granted, some worlds are more similar to each other than others, so I suppose it's a bit strange that our world --- or at least, our parallel worlds --- seem to be something that resembles the baseline... and this particular world isn't terribly far from that, either.

...believe me, I know what happens when it gets too far from the baseline. It gets strange.
